Guidelines for acceptable use of Ruxa AI services

Introduction

This policy applies to Ruxa’s image and video creation tools and to the content you submit or generate.

Permitted Uses

Use the tools for lawful personal, educational and commercial creation consistent with source permissions and model conditions.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our services to generate, process, store, or distribute:

Illegal Content

  • Content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements
  • Materials related to illegal activities, transactions, or services
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
  • Counterfeit goods or fraudulent documentation

Harmful Content

  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, extremism, or self-harm
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation against individuals or groups
  • Content designed to cause psychological harm or distress
  • Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances

Fraudulent Content

  • Phishing, scam, or social engineering materials
  • Deceptive impersonation of individuals, organizations, or public figures
  • Fake reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or ratings
  • Misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive or manipulate
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to mislead
  • Fraudulent financial schemes or investment scams

Adult and Explicit Content

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content sexualizing minors (strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities)
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or revenge porn
  • Content promoting sexual exploitation or trafficking

Malicious Content

  • Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful code
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or automated messaging
  • Content designed to exploit system vulnerabilities or security flaws
  • Tools or instructions for hacking, unauthorized access, or data theft
  • Denial-of-service attack tools or techniques

Privacy-Violating Content

  • Personal information collected or shared without consent
  • Doxxing or exposure of private information
  • Surveillance tools or stalkerware
  • Content that violates data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Prohibited Activities

Do not exploit children, create non-consensual intimate imagery, infringe rights, impersonate fraudulently, incite hatred or violence, attack systems, bypass quotas or share/resell accounts without authorization. Legitimate payment disputes are not themselves fraud.

Using the creation tools

Obtain permission for likenesses and protected materials, protect account credentials and review generated results before sharing. Respect the model, plan and content restrictions shown for your task.

Compliance with Third-Party Policies

When using our services, you must also comply with:

  • The selected payment provider’s terms and usage requirements applicable to the transaction.
  • Terms of service of AI model providers whose models you access through our platform
  • Applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Violations of third-party policies may result in payment restrictions, service limitations, or account termination.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may reject tasks, limit distribution, warn, suspend or terminate accounts based on the circumstances, and report where legally required. Account action and refundable balances are assessed separately under the order terms and applicable law.

Consequences of Violations

Serious abuse, fraud or non-payment may lead to proportionate restrictions or termination. Enforcement does not automatically forfeit all paid balances; refunds and disputes are assessed against order records and applicable law. You may contact support to appeal or close your account.

Reporting Violations

Send reports to support@ruxa.ai with task IDs, dates and a description. Include only the evidence necessary to investigate and avoid redistributing harmful material.

Appeals Process

You may appeal through our contact page or support@ruxa.ai with the decision details and supporting information. Review does not remove your statutory remedies.

Policy Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy to address new issues, clarify existing rules, or reflect changes in our services. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
