Credits arrive for each paid billing period

Ruxa credit rules: monthly plans receive their monthly allowance once per paid billing period. Annual plans receive the full annual allowance at once after payment is confirmed. Standard subscription credits roll over. Unlimited bonus credits are valid only for the paid billing period in which they are issued.

Your standard credit balance stays with you

Cancelling renewal keeps membership benefits until the paid term ends. Unused standard subscription credits and separately purchased credits remain available for open models after membership ends; they do not unlock member-only models. Unlimited bonus credits expire when the paid term ends.

Subscription credits are used first

Eligible subscription credits are used first, in the order received. Other available balances are used afterward.
