Introduction

These terms govern Ruxa’s image and video creation and editing tools. Using the service means agreeing to these terms.

Definitions

The service is Ruxa’s creator workspace. Content includes prompts, uploaded media and generated results. Credits pay for creation tasks; a credit balance and membership access are separate rights.

Service Description

New memberships are previews and are not open for purchase. The following new billing rules apply only to future orders whose checkout expressly includes them. Existing orders retain their promised refund periods, credit validity and paid benefits; this update does not shorten them retroactively.

Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 18 and meet the age of majority where you live.
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

Payment methods, currency, taxes and total charges are shown at checkout and handled by the payment provider identified there.

Credits and Billing

Monthly plans issue credits each paid billing month. Annual plans release the stated annual total in 12 monthly installments, not all at once. Each billing month follows the subscription activation date: unused subscription credits expire and reset at the next monthly boundary and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits have no expiry and do not unlock member-only models; those require an active membership. Eligible credits expiring soonest are used first, then non-expiring credits; equal expiries follow issue order. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts. For annual-plan refunds, the denominator is the full year’s purchased paid credits; the unused share includes purchased credits not yet issued. Approval revokes the unused balance and stops future installments.

Refund Policy

For eligible fixed-credit orders under the new policy, request a refund within 10 calendar days of purchase at support@ruxa.ai, with your account email, order number and reason. Refund = amount paid for that order × unused paid credits from that order ÷ originally purchased paid credits. Bonus credits have no cash value; other orders are excluded. Approved refunds return through the original method and revoke corresponding credits and refunded benefits. Tax handling and arrival time depend on the payment provider. Unlimited or mixed-benefit plans require separate rules before sale. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Subscription and Cancellation

Cancel renewal before the next charge through the available account option or support. Paid benefits continue until the term ends; cancellation does not itself request a cash refund. Top-up credits remain, while member-only access ends with membership. For annual plans, monthly credit installments continue throughout the already-paid year after renewal is cancelled; each installment still expires at its billing-month boundary.

Using the creation tools

Before confirming a task, check its model, mode, resolution, duration, quantity and total credits. Access depends on the active plan and available specifications. For a final platform/provider failure with no valid delivery, contact support with the task ID: records must be checked before charged credits are restored. Rejected submissions and content blocks are assessed against actual task and charge records.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights you legally hold in your inputs and allow necessary processing to provide the service. Ruxa claims no ownership merely by providing the tool. Commercial use depends on the model terms and your source-material permissions; output is not guaranteed unique, exclusive, copyrightable or non-infringing. Private generation, where offered, excludes default public display, not necessary service processing. Public galleries or marketing use require appropriate permission.

Prohibited Activities

Do not create unlawful, infringing, exploitative or deceptive content, bypass limits, attack the service, share accounts to evade membership restrictions or resell account access without authorization.

Service Availability and Modifications

Material changes will be notified with their effective date. New prices and rules apply to future purchases or renewals without reducing already-paid promised benefits or increasing charges for confirmed tasks. Service and model availability may change; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
We are not responsible for third-party AI model outputs or behaviors
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or actions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruxa AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
Your content or data submitted through the Service
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Any unauthorized use of your account

Account Termination

Serious abuse, fraud or non-payment may lead to proportionate restrictions or termination. Enforcement does not automatically forfeit all paid balances; refunds and disputes are assessed against order records and applicable law. You may contact support to appeal or close your account.

Dispute Resolution

Contact support first to seek a resolution. If unresolved, you retain the remedies and competent courts available under applicable law; this page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.

Governing Law

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ruxa AI

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect
The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
